19 Jul 2017 Uncia Asset Management launches Uncia Small Premia UCITS fund
After the launch of their Smart Premia fund in August 2016, Uncia Asset Management now announced a second Alternative UCITS fund: Uncia Small Premia, an Equity long/short fund focusing on European small and mid cap stocks.
The fund will seek to outperform its composite benchmark – 30% Stoxx 600 Index + 70% Eonia capitalised – using a proprietary quantitative analysis and scoring model to select MSCI Europe Small Cap stocks. The short exposure of the fund will consist of a short position in Stoxx 600 index futures.
